Elf on the Shelf!

Santa was delivering a few early presents to people at Baptist East Hospital and dropped off a special present to Tevon on my friend's desk.  It was and Elf on the Shelf.  We have had so much fun playing with it this year.  Thank you so much Santa!

This is what our elf, Alex, has done so far.

Rodeo 2012!

Every year, my family goes to the rodeo. Sometimes, it's just me, my mom and the kids, but I ALWAYS go! I love the rodeo. It is my favorite part of the year! I always dreamed of being a barrel racer or calf roper but after my mom broke her leg and my sister broker her back from riding in the field on my parents farm. NO THANKS! I just sit back and dream now. Good enough for me. Plus I love watching all the cowboys! I can still look. Tevon always looks so adorable too!  This year, the whole family went, my parents, my sister, my nieces, and we also went with several of my moms friends that she rides horses with.  It was SOOOOO much fun!

My little cowboy!

Me and my niece, Karrah.

This show was amazing.  He has come to the rodeo before and I love it every time.  He actually got 3 horses to jump onto the back of the truck and up onto the trailer without any leads what-so-ever.  He is actually on another horse.  The most amazing part of it all is that he is actually an amputee.  Proves that you can do anything that you set your mind to.

Tevon LOVES the rodeo.  I hope that he continues the tradition of going every year.  He has never missed a year since he was born.  He didn't like all the noise the first year because he was only about 5 months old but he has loved it every year since.

 Fall 2012!

He was blowing air on people like it was a straw not acting like he was smoking.

Our Annual Huber Trip 2012!

Tevon and Cole trying to pick out their pumpkins.  Cole has a small one until he saw Tevon pick up a big one, then he tried to pick up a big one too. LOL!

Tevon's pumpkin was so big that he has to roll it back to the wagon.

Me and Artie always do the wine tasting before we leave, while Michael takes Tevon to the pond to feed the fish.

Tevon trying to figure out why he can't get the clutch to engage. LOL!
Ok, I got a little silly on the way back after doing the wine tasting.

Tevon hates cleaning out the pumpkins.  LOL! He picks up bugs, plays in mud, but a little pumpkin guts and he get's squemish. LOL!

Scary, I know! LOL!
