We had some really good friends come visit us from Georgia. It was Tevon's teacher from 1st grade, Amy. Her daughter, Lilly (on the right) was in my preschool class when I was subsituting for the teacher who was on maternity leave. Amy and Nate have some of the cutest little kids. Can't wait to see them again!
We were redoing our landscaping and of course what did Tevon find? A FROG! How would have anyone ever guessed that one? I have never seen a frog at our house. I was hoping that they were all hiding from me in the woods across the street. LOL! Well not only did Tevon find a frog but he also found a salamander or whatever the heck it is. It is slimy and gross and when they tried to catch the nasty thing, it shed its tail so I had a tail flopping around in my driveway. Totally freaked me out.
Don't worry, we quickly let the nasty thing go. We just put him in here for a minute to look at him and take a picture. The lid was off so he could get plenty of air.
I had to post this picture. Tevon will probably hate me for it later, but I thought it was so cute. He was so tired one night and he fell asleep watching t.v. with his feet on the back of the couch. Yes, those are snow pants and a sweatshirt in the middle of the summer. After he got out of the tub, he was cold and instead of getting a blanket and curling up, he puts on snow pants. LOL!

We happened to go to the grocery on a day that they were having a car show in the parking lot. So Tevon had me take his picture by some of the cars that he liked the most. He thought that was so cool.
